Let the Schwaben Club host your next corporate event. Whether it is a small executive meeting or a large corporate function, the Schwaben Club has the facilities to provide meeting space and catering for 25 to 400 people in a variety of rooms. We offer full day and half-day meeting packages, evening function packages and an extensive catering menu. The Schwaben Club is conveniently located close to local hotels & motels & shopping, with easy access to major highways.  

FULL DAY CORPORATE MEETING PACKAGE

Our full day corporate meeting package is ideal for your next board of directors meeting, seminar, trade show, sales meeting or convention. It includes the following:

·         Hall Rental including all tables and chairs, set up as required

·         Reception / Sign in table, if required

·         Podium with microphone, if required

·         Projector screen, if required

·         White linen table clothes

·         Jugs of ice water with glasses set up on tables

·         Pad of note paper and pen for each seat

·         Morning coffee break featuring coffee, tea, bottled water & juice, assorted pastries, fresh fruit, assorted yogurts

·         Plated Lunch, featuring soup of the day or green salad with house dressing, 1 meat choice, 1 vegetable choice, 1 potato choice, 1 dessert choice, coffee or tea or water or soft drink

·         All place settings and napkins for lunch

·         Afternoon coffee break featuring coffee, tea, bottled water & juice, vegetable tray with dip, cheese tray with crackers

Our morning corporate meeting package is an ideal way to start your day. It includes the following:

·         Country Style dinner featuring dinner rolls with creamy butter, green salad with house dressing, 2 meat choices, 2 vegetable choices, 1 potato choice, 1 dessert choice, coffee & tea

·         Disc Jockey service for evening dancing, including set-up, music selection and SOCAN fee  

EVENING CORPORATE “OKTOBERFEST” PACKAGE

Do you have a special corporate event in town and would like to show your guests the tradition of Oktoberfest? Let the Schwaben Club host your evening Oktoberfest party, no matter what time of year it is!! Our Oktoberfest package includes the following:

·         Traditional dance performance by the Schwaben Dancers / or Donau Dancers
